I think that the very confused individual is the person that wrote all that wromg information. I live at Pepper Cove and I needed to transfer to another apartment, after reserving the apartment and had my move in date scheduled I decided to stay where i was, I completely understood that i had to pay a fee for canceling out, now i know for a fact that all of the deposit is not lost, it is only 50% of the rent of the apartment that i was securing, not $700.00 as was said!!! It is written on the application plain as day not in fine, microscopic print as also exagerated! In closing I think that Pepper Cove is a great place to call home, Tatiana is a great manager and you can see that from just entering the community. Policies are to be followed, from time to time you will have these people that feel that they are above all laws and deserve special treatment, give me a break!
