Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2009
This is my 3rd review of this residence (7/9/09 was the 2nd one) and we have already renewed our lease for 2009-10 (this makes #6). I was nicely surprised to learn that our rent did not increase even one cent, although the same does not apply to the cost of living outside this community. Just as a reference, during our 1st lease ('04-'05), our rent was $985. We still have no complaints concerning either the staff or the grounds overall. In this lease renewal, a sheet was added with information regarding the pool rules and some other items (I forgot right now). This new sheet explicitly stated that the pool area closes at 11 PM. I mention this only because I had reported to the leasing staff earlier this year that I have witnessed adults with children using the pools past 11 PM and being obviously loud. Well, given our apartment's close proximity to the pools, I will know for sure if anyone fails to comply...again. By the way, I noticed that the five-star rating for "Parking" has description "Parking is ample, well-lit, and secure." "Well-lit" makes me imagine that something was fully set ablaze as in fire. Should that be changed to "well-lighted"'
