I rented my apartment back in August 2008. I had the pleasure of dealing with Beatriz and Maria. They were both very helpfull and made me feel welcome. They guided me through different apartments until I found what I was looking for. They both took their time to walk me through the lease paper work and explained everything in detailed. The apartement was clean and well maintained. All appliance worked very well. There is always plenty of parking even if you get home late at night. Everyone was very nice and made you feel save. Unfortunately, i had to break my lease bc I got a job offered out of state. Once I scheduled my final walk through i had my deposit refunded within 2 weeks. I only hope that I can get the same service that I received here in my new location. NC.
