Management lies. For over a year, several apartments were being broken into for electronics. Did management give notice' No!!!! (police reports are public if you dont believe and there were a dozen break ins in a year) This information was not shared with residents to protect against and when I asked about break ins (i got robbed a couple months after moving in and management wanted to charge 50 dollars to change my locks) was reasured that "that doesnt happen here." (ask about the uhaul truck that pulled up to someones apartment while they where not home and took everything) Furthermore, you will love the sign on the automatic gate; "management is not responsible for malfunction or damage caused by this gate." Soooo untrue in a court of law but just goes to show the kind of deciet being put forth. And while Im talking about the gate, any car can get in by following another car in (or uhaul truck)... what is the point of a gate if there is no control over entry' Tennis court lights have been out for over 2 years. No cable or remote controls for TV in the archaic fitness center. And rent is outrageous for the level of service recieved. Also, prepare for water damage either from the AC always leaking or old PVC water pipes busting. I would rather management save all the roses and candy at my door and provide better services and security. If you put a pretty bow on a lump of poop, it is still a lump of poop. I feel absolutely terrible knowing that any of my money is going into management pockets and building equity for a poor property management program. I wouldnt be surprised if management wrote the positive reviews on this site. Maintanance workers are cool though, down to earth, and helpful.

I agree with you 100%. i hate this place i wouldnt recomend anyone to live there, they are a bunch of liers and abusers and take any opportunity to take your money. I had in one year, three leaks, where some of my stuff was damaged and of course they didint take any responsibility. PS: Karina is a B****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
