Hi, I have to say that the office staff is extremly nice. We have had a problem with some minor things in the apartment and someone would come within 1 hour or so and fix it right away whatever the problem is. The AC is great is cools VERY good. The only thing is if you put it on auto it really isnt auto, it just pretty much stays on the whole day, and thats when your FPL bill comes in real high.Another thing is that you have to clean the air filter every week. Because trust me it DOES get dirty with dust. My major thing about Pinebrook apartments is there is ALLLOOTT of roaches, and little creatures that are always around in the apartment. I am terrified. I have brought this issue to the office once,but really nothing has been done. They do, do fumigation every first wednesday of the month. The person that comes in and does it literally takes a half a second to fumigate. Other than that, everything is pretty much good. The place is old, but its a nice place to start off with if its your first apartment. Lots of stores, supermarkets. Parking here is really good, I never had a problem. However for some reason I do not feel safe at all in the community. Safety/Security level is really not that great. Although I've never had a problem. The mailboxes arent that great, if it rains your mail will get wet. Being that the mailboxes are located where there isnt any shelter. Overall, I rate this place 50/50 and thats because of the numerous roaches, and creatures I've seen in the apartment. Other than that, its not that bad. Good luck!
