I have lived here for 3 years, YES it is not the Nicest place to be at first. So I took 2 weekends out and Planted plants, some flowers in my patio and I recieved free mulch from the office. The plants are big, the area is well lit and my friends love it. I never had roach issues and when I had some ants, management took care of it.
I find the staff friendly and pleasant. My wife feels the same.
I recommend the place if you want to be safe and close to everything.(if you have no car)
