I have lived here for three years, and the only reason that I am moving is to be closer to work due to high gas prices. The tenants, office staff, and maintenance staff are always nice and speaks to you on a regular basis. If you have a problem with ANYTHING in your apartment, just tell Sergio (apartment owner) and he will assit you promptly!! The woman who takes care of finances is a complete sweetheart, and if you are dealing with money issues and arent able to pay rent fully on time- she works with you. You have a little "yard" out front where me and my boyfriend planted all types of flowers and grass, which spruces up the place a lot. There is a cozy patio attached to the 1/1 and 2/2 apartments which is nice. There is a storage room and an attic that I cannot live without. The storage room is a plus because I have saved so much money buying my own washer/drying and placing it inside the room. This will save you time and money so you dont have to use the machines outside, nor wait for them to get fixed when they are broken. Parking is NEVER an issue for me. ALL the neighbors are very curteous and park close to their homes, so no to interfer with "your" parking space(there is no assigned parking). There are not alot of children in my area so I dont have to worry about runaway toys in the street while I am driving.
The neighbors are extremely nice, and we have all grown very close to one another.
Someone said something about receiving wet mail - I have never had this happen, but the mailboxes are out in the open. Pets are allowed; and there are ALOT of stray cats around. All of the cats are very sweet and will become apart of your life soon...I've welcomed four into mine :-).

Overall the Pinebrook is very quiet and pleasant.
