I have lived in Pinnacle Lakes for four years and my experience at first was great but after the third year living there, it started going down. Starting with the maintenance at first it was good until they stop caring and customer service from the office was good, the people that made it good was a young lady that went by the name of Loride and honestly everything was great when the manager Jessica was around, she had everyone on their toes but of course they let two good people go! There was a man that was here as a manager before Jessica was and was also great when she was there we had sercuity not one but two, one with a gun and one without. Now with new management it takes them long too get anything done , like back up toliets and tubs and more. I would say to anyone who plans to move there, if you want motavation to buy your own place and stop renting, live at this place for a year and it will happen. All in all, they do have good things that they try to do with the police which is crime watch, and it takes everyone to make a change! and also they love doing activities for the childen. If they make little changes this apartment can be great for working families with children.
