UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!!

THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUS IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE FOR LOW INCOME BUT THEY RAISE THE RENT LIKE EVERY 4-5 MONTHS. ON TOP OF THAT MAINTENANCE IS HORRIBLE OH AND DON'T FORGET GUNSHOTS EVERY NOW AND THEN THIS PLACE ON TOP OF EVERYTHING IS FULL OF ROACHES. YOU CAN NEVER GET IN TOUCH WITH THE OFFICE STAFF OR IT'S MANAGEMENT I WISH THE STATE WOULD LOOK INTO THIS PLACE.
