I was there for several months last year. I must say that the experience was not that bad. However, you must remember this is a condominium with a lot of rules. It seemed that for everything there was someone watching over you. The parking situation could be better (spaces are small). The layout of the apartments are okay. I was in a one bedroom-facing north. The view was decent, better than the southern view. Laundry is convenient. The maintenance of the building is very good. Pool is clean. The hallways are tiled; therefore the sound tends to travel more.
