Portofino at Biscayne ... is just sucks.
Building lookis nice, but inside is too old.
About their management,,, they are trying to do best but they are not smart enough, so I can say they are idiot.
Maintenance...please work very hard.
And think about train...------- noisy.
So if you are planning to move in this apartment, you should find other one.
