I have been a resident at Portofino for about 3 years now, let me tell you about the great managemetn team, those people REALLY know how to run a property. Yes there was a significant rental increase, shop aroud and find out why.... You spend money on renovations, new appliances, SURE your rent will go up. Is it worht it. You bet!!
