I have been a resident here for over 10 years. I am surprised to see the stupid complaints posted by people who just moved in. If you want to talk about the present, you should learn a little about the past! This community is finally a pleasure to live in! The new management team is firm but fair. You can tell they care about the community and in the year they have been here not only has the community improved 200%, but my new neighbors are at last quality peole. I give credit were it is due. Thanks a million!

Been here 8 years myself and it has indeed come a longgg way... Those who are bitching like this simply need to move on, not like Portofino is gonna miss them, there is always a waiting list...
