We haved lived here for not even 4 months and I can't stand it. Maintenance NEVER comes on time, and when they do come, they don't fix a thing.
Security is a joke, management is rude and incompetent. We waited 2 weeks to move in and when we had the movers come, it wasn't even finished! They had only just put down new carpet.
Cars outside blast their stereos late at night and you have to call security after 30 minutes so they can ask nicely to please turn it down.
There is a lot of parking, but most of the lot is strewn with potholes.
Whenever it rains or the wind blows, the power goes out. The last time, the emergency lights weren't even on. People having to come down the stairs from the 10th floor in total darkness must have it rough.
For over $900/mo, the only decent thing that is semi well-kept are the grounds. There are numerous other problems that i cannot list them all, such as washer/dryers always broken, elevators broken and stinky, hallway carpet 20 years old and disgusting, etc.
One good thing, we qualified for no sec. deposit, I feel like leaving the place as bad as the rest of the complex looks.
