Get a life people! I came to the website to let everybody know how lucky I felt to have such a responsive team at my apartment community after Hurricane Wilma and all I found was people complaining about bugs (hello! where do you think you live' Siberia') crime ( a couple of burglaries rattle you up' come on! the only difference here is that the management team tells you about it so that you get better prepared, they have crime meetings, which by the way, I attended and only a couple of people showed up. If you really cared about your safety, you would have been there and heard how the police department commended the management in their efforts and how effective they have been to bring the crime down to a minimum. You can't expect for nothing to happen! Do I need to remind you where you live' Unbelievable! I have a new respect for those people in the office that have to deal day in and day our with stupidity such as this.
They were here immediately after the hurricane and remained here until every apartment was walked for damages, even without power! I am sure they had personal issues of their own, but they were HERE instead. For that and for a lot more, I AM THANKFULL!

Actually, I have been a victim of crime at a $2,000 per month apartment community. This place was beautiful and of course extremely expensive, so I let my guard down and guess what, it turn out crooks like to go to places where people have money and good things to steal. I learned my lesson and from that point on I protect myself and my belongings. The office allowed me to put my own alarm as long as they have access in case of emergency or required inspection. I would get a dog except they smell nasty and I just don't have time to take care of it. You are wrong by assuming that you can have a sense of security anywhere. If security is what you are looking for, then Miami is not the place for you. The most beautiful thing about it all is that you always have CHOICES to make. I still live here and I am content with what I get. If you are unhappy here move out, if you already moved out, why continue with this negativity. Life is too short. Find your happy place and move on.

The management team at Portofino is very lucky to find so many peple with low standards or no standards at all that are willing to seatle for their overpriced "Project". These people came from the gutters and this "Ghetto" is a step up.

All of you are funny... portofinosucks and portofinohell.... the 2 of you probably couldn't afford to live here any longer and had to downgrade to some rented assisted ghetto property. be real the place is not ghetto, they have upgraded the place and pushed out the poor degenerates like you who are now just simply bitter. Just like the saying goes, "You say the grapes or sour when you can't reach em" Get a clue and move on with the negativity...
