People just have a tendency to over react and over emphasize. Maintenance is good, pretty prompt and timely, buildings are well maintained as far as being cleaned daily, but I would suggest they have them cleaned on the weekends also.

The gym is great, no major issues with residents, everyone seems pretty cool. My one current issue is the ridiculous pot holes that we have throughout the complex, they need to be fixed before they damage anyones cars or someone walking or running. I don't see the reason for the delay in having these fixed, especially we pay quite handsomely for the rent here, i think excessive, but nothing beats the convenience of the place, Target across the street, post office, costco, alot of restaurants and so on, near to the mall. Nothing tops it.

I would recommend anyone to the place, it has come a long way, and will like stay until I purchase a home in 2007.

Well you have been living there since 1998. Im sure you are not paying the prices the new tenants are paying

Portohell....notice that his 'story' doesn't jive. The vocabulary & choice of words seem to come from a somewhat educated professional. (forgiving the horrid spelling) Believe me when I tell you that ABSOLUTLEY NO ONE even close to that level lived there since 1998. This is probably a staff member of TC. (ghetto just the same...) And plus! They have the money to rent there now AND have savings enough to purchase a home? Give me a freakin' break.
