First, it's not worth the ridiculous amount of money they charge each month. Sendon, it's FILTHY disgusting--college dorm style. Smells like urine in the stairwells, the elevators are almost never working properly, and even when they are you have to be careful upon entering not to step in dog crap or the occasional vomit mess. I am not exhaggerating. This is real. Inside of the apartments is nice. Godd luck getting someone out there if you have a maintenance problem--luckily all of my problems were minor (bathroom sink leaks, etc.)
My biggest complaint upon moving out: people in the office. Management is rude and nasty to deal with. If you must speak to someone, Galia is the only nice one there. Stay away from Gladys. So rude.
Overall, what they promise you is not what you get. At all. I understand that's life, but seriously, Protofino is a waste of time and money.
