At least twice during my six months here, water has been turned off without notice...at least once per month neither of the elevators works....my a/c has gone out twice (in 90 degree heat) and I've had numerous plumbing problems....to top it all off, the management office is not at all friendly or helpful...I HATE THIS PLACE!!!!!

Please help spread the word about this scam of all scams! I couldn't do anything about cancelling my lease after my apartment was broken into (cops told me it was the FIFTH one hit that WEEK in that very same building. And that it was the classic 'inside job' ---management has your keys and knows your schedule---) It's a black mark on my credit report but I do have letters from the police dept. that helped me when I applied to move to another place. It's a GHETTO with a facelift.
