Ive been living here for a year and it's been great.

All those negative reviews are from ignorant people. Heres what I have to say:

The Gate: I follow people into other communities all the time, if I need to get in. It's only meant to make people not want to break into here.

I hear car alarms like every night.

The fountain...they need to fix it, again!

The washer machines and driers cost 1.15 each.

Recently there has been serious rain, and the grassy area in the middle is flooded.

The most annoying fire alarm in the world went off 4 days in a row at like 3:30AM the first 4 nights in my apt (2006).


Theres trains, and sometimes you can hear them. Not too unpleasant. I kind of like them.

Theres two stores really closeby, 711 on 151st/18th Ave/Dixie HWY, and Sunoco right across the train tracks, on US1.

Also there is a store in Building 14060, open till 11pm. Everything is overpriced.

There is a soda machine at one of the pools (i dont know if there is one at the other pool)

Alternate Route: 18th avenue (keep going straight out of the gates, dont cross railroad tracks.) i always go that way if I'm heading north.

Thanks alot happy resident because of your post i leased an apartment here today. i think the management was very professional and the complex is really clean!
