If you have toured this property you have probably heard they are going to replace the carpet...I have heard it for the last 3 years. They replaced the carpet on the first floor of every building...but stopped there.

In the past 4 months there has been an increase in criminal activity from drug use to gun shots. There is no security here...only gate gaurds...who let people in without checking who they are. The cops and the fire department are here atleast once a day.

Also, there are around 50 cats that roam the property....they lay on the roof of your car and scratch the paint.

I have complained to the complex but in the 3 years I have never received any customer service.

Wow...I have been attacked and my neighbors by roaches! I killed 15 within 30 minutes. The pest control here is awful! I had to do my own pest control! If you like roaches then move in!


I can not wait til my lease is up!

Exactly. Its crazy here . I think the worst building is the one by the club house .Have you seen what keine People live there ?? OH MY GOD.
