when i moved to miami i didnt know much about it so i decided to get this place near school. it has gone steadily down hill. they rent to people for cheaper now, so all these ghetto, rude, loud neighbors are around and whats worse is they lie to the residents, who have been paying rent ontime faithfully telling us that what we are paying is the best deal. the elevators always broken, laundry machines suck, there are constant roaches, the walls are paper thin, and i have seen more than one fire emergency happen and the whole building had to be evacuated. NOT FUN! management does not care about anyone you have to constantly harass them to get things done and pest control is awful. I cant wait to leave!
