The Presidential House in Miami is a very bad managed condo. I??m very frustrating with this place. Elevators don??t work every other week. Walkways, stairs and laundries are really a mess. It??s impossible to get them to repair anything. They high your rent every year 10 or 15% but, based in what'
The Parking of the Presidential House Condo is full of wells.
Presidential House Condo Maintenance??s is more than unsuitable.
Nor to speak about how their staff deal with residents.
