I am Living here since June 2008. At the Beginning everybody was really helpfull and offered good Service to me. I was imigrated from Germany so i did not had any chance to see the Apt. in Advance. A Colluage of me visited the Apt. for me and told me that everything was ok.
Next to the Move in the Problems began. The Cats became Flees and nobody in the Office feel responsible for it. We wasted more then $200.00 for Equipment to get rid of the Flees and the Only Statement from the Office was: We are not responsible.
Then we had an issue with the Cover of the Oven, we needed a couple of days to get it fixed after the cats got under the Oven i was about to destroy the whole kitchen because of it.
The A/C was verry old and verry loud. I was fighting about 4 Months to get a new one, everytime the Same answer: "We will contact you" or "What is wrong, the a/c is running good". Finally we got a new one.
The Toilet and Bath is blocked several Times a month. As per a technican it is our faul because we put everything in it what is dump.
By the Way dump, did i meantion the Roaches that are running around in the Eve' And by the Way number two.. There are a couple of Rats in the Dumpster ... Nice feeling haeh '
Then they got Construction Plans for the Roof. There was a heavy rain and due to the fact that the company worked bad, water was running in the bedroom and destroyed a laptop from us. I am still fighting to get the Money back for this.
We had Termits in the Kitchen Door, it took almost 5 Months to get this Kitchen Door renewed. After there was a Pest Control guy in the Apartment several Times.
The Managment is verry dishelpfull (Nice word). Either she will not talk or she is telling the same over and over again.
What else can i tell you. The Water in the Pool is dirty, after a heavy rain you got a lake instead of Green (See this Video after a heavy Rain: http://www.youtube.com/watch'v=GjXYxmeosm8).
