Wow, I don't know where to start with this crappy hell hole. Presidential House is easily one of the worst and most ghetto apartment complexes in Miami, FL. Seriously, when you drive into it you are immediately hit with the ugly stench and physical vomit inducing looks of a crap factory. The paint is peeling, the hallways smell like urine, the elevators smell like garbage and the management sucks. Be wary of the new management, especially the new community manager. The dude is totally clueless. I mean, totally. It's like he was walking around on the street one day and Advenir Realty (the new management group) asked him if he wanted to manage an apartment complex. Total moron. Next is Iris the customer service lady there. She's nice until you ask her a question. Then she plays dumb and acts like "I don't know anything, you have to talk to so and so". She's also a liar. How she continues to be employed there is beyond me. But then again, when the manager probably has a GED, I guess the customer service people are elementary school dropouts. The only person who works there that has any bit of a brain is the maintenance guy Manuel. Unfortunately, he's a maintenance guy so when it comes to money issues, there's not much help there. You SHOULD definitely move into Presidential house if you are a masochist. You'll definitely be turned on. Otherwise, stay the hell away. IT is a CRAPHOLE, and seriously needs to be demolished.
