I do not agree with a lot of the comments since I have been a resident for 3 years. I wasn't crazy about some of the office staff over the last year or two but I love my apartment and have always had things taken care of with maintenance right away. I just went in the management office and it looks like they have all new people and they were really nice and seemed to care. I don't go in there a lot because I travel but it was nice to have people actually greet you and take an interest in you. I did just renew my lease and got a pretty high increase but I know the pricing in this area and I choose to keep a 3 br townhome that is not in a high rise and I am willing to pay for that feeling of "home in the city." It was still better for the price. I read these reviews and think that maybe the good things are not voiced often and I figured that I should be one to say that I would and have recommended this place to my friends.
