I have been living at Royal Palms for a while now...since May of 06 to be exact. When I first moved in I thought the place was amazing....but since then It has slowly gone down. The main lobby in Building 2 is always dirty filled with papers or black streaks from shoe marks. The residents who have pets tend to let there pets pee in the elevator and not pick it up. The highway noise is not much .......so it dosent bother me...but the love making of my neighbors or the heavy steps from the people above me drive me crazy. My lease is over in May of 07 and I WILL DEFINETLY Be looking for a new place. The manager is very rude.......he loves to park his cadillac in a restricted parking spot..and the guards dont do anything....yet I leave my car with the Hazards on to side ...because I am pulling out my groceries and the guards give me a hard time about it...... GIVE ME A BREAK....anywho...if you are planning on renting here....DONT........I unfortunetly did not find these reviews until after I had signed the contract...if not...I wouldnt have signed any papers....and I would be paying ALOT less than what I do now.

I cannot believe that the person who made this review lives at Royal Palms (perhaps this person works there). The noise never stops! There are two major highways right next to the apartment and mall across the street. You'd have to be deaf to think that it is quiet.
