they thing the are renitng in aventura! next to the beach! prices are really high to be located in that getto area!
people of maintenance are good and educated they really do their job, but people in the office the really sucks! 1st there is guy (or ---) that is a complete jerk with the recidents, the manager he thinks he onws the place and park HIS WHITE CADILLAC in front of the bulding where is supposse to park the mail car! AS A MANAGER GIVE THE EXAMPLE TO THE OTHERS!! BE PROFESSIONAL!

I've seen the manager put notices on other cars for parking in the restricted parking space near the door but he's always parked there. I guess if you drive a Cadillac you don't have to follow the rules.
