I've been here almost a year. In that time the place has steadily gone down hill. The hallway carpets are filthy. There are lots of dogs and dog owners are not good about using leashes to walk their dogs or cleaning up after them. Lots of kids and what appears to be lots of college-age renters and renters of questionable means. Tends to be noisy especially on the weekends. Management not good about fixing problems. One washing machine was out for a month despite 3 calls to get it fixed and this same machine has broken down several times before this. Now a dryer is not working. This complex is fairly new but it is not being maintained very well. Not very energy efficient as the AC runs all the time trying to keep the space comfortable. Right off two major highways so lots of highway noise and fumes if you leave windows or patio doors open. Most units are very poorly laid out with minimal closet space and extremely small kitchens. Definitely not luxury grade materials. Over priced for what you get. Intend to move out when lease is up.
