Signed a lease back in Nov. 2008 and can't wait to get out of here.
1. Very Noisy and very expensive for what you get.
2. Poorly managed, staff not helpful or friendly
3. Low class of people, so many vacant apts. they rent to anyone
4. Trash and garbage all over the place, parking lot, Trash chute dirty and smells
5. My lease says NO PETS ALLOWED, What a joke dogs everywhere you turn
6. Dog constantly urinating in the elevators
7. Laundry Room dirty and had clothes stolen
8. Majority of the employess do not speak English and I don't speak Spanish, they tell me I'm the outsider
9. I've brought to their attention over and over people with BBQ's on the balconies, very dangerous fire hazard
10. Can you guess, I am not very happy living in these conditions. Stay away from this palce!!! vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l

I live at Royal Palm and I agree 100% with the last post. Two years ago this place was excellent to live at because of location. Now it's unbearable. I am going to move out in December even though my lease doesn't end until January. I am willing to loose that month's rent for my peace of mind.
