If you are an American that does not speak Spanish, this is not the place for you. Not a person speeks English including the maintance staff. The atmosphere at the pool reminds me of a shoddy hotel in a third world latin country. Most lightswitches did not work, nor do I know what they go to. Doorknobs painted over. Lived there one year and never saw the gate close. Guard is always on the phone or has friends visit. Staff switches apartments or prices at the last minute. What you see as a model is not what you get. Elevators always broken and even when working, i feared for my safety as there was never a certification posted. Grounds are dirty and paint is worn everywhere. The price is lower than surrounding complexes but here you get much less than you pay for. Buyer beware!!
