NOT THE BEST CHOICE, BUT MANAGEABLE

I have been living here since Jan 2005. We moved here because it was the only place around here and the Fountainbleau milton was too small for us. The apt. has a decent size although the master bath is very small. The bedrooms are pretty big. We have a view of the golf course and it is very nice. I try not to hang outside because its so ghetto. The construction is not the best. I have had only one problem with the AC and they took care of it. The noise is a serious problem. Our neighbors to the top and to the side of us play loud music until almost midnight. There are fights in the apts upstairs and you can hear them fighting, but noone does anything. It is really ghetto because of the low-class people that live here. The rent is not so bad compared to most places where you have to pay around $1100.00 for a small apt. The property was sold and I believe it is going to be turned into a condominium. Hopefully, this will drive out all of the "trashy" people. I would consider buying it because of the location and the size. I would have to do some upgrades though. Hopefully we will have less trashy ghetto people living here.
