Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004
 
Within the last year, management has not fulfilled maintenance request. The community is gated, but does not have the gates operational and leaves the access to the building open. Our unit has been broken into twice and our car once.
We have written to the management company that owns the property and they have not responded. This is not luxury apartments that they advertise.
