Miami River Yacht Club is first of all easy to find. I moved to Miami from out of state. While looking for a place to live my first consideration was location. The aprtment is located near downton but not in downtown and is 5 minutes from I-95 and Route 836. It is less than 10 minutes from South Beach and Cocnut Grove.

I have a beautiful View of the Miami River, the 17th Avenue Draw Bridge and Downtown Miami. I can see a park across the river and boats floating by all the time.

My two bedroom apartemnt would have cost at leat $500 more a month in South Beach, Coral Gables or in Brickell.

I find the staff courteous and friendly and any repair or maintenance issues are hadled in a timely manner.

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convienent place to live.
