I moved to this location since it had lots of things that more expensive apts were not providing. Getting to the expressway and the central location was impartant to me. I needed to be close to airport, downtown and SOBE so this was a perfect location. They clean the building daily and have done a good job at enforcing the assigned parking. They require an application for renters to keep-out bad apples. The building was an apt several years ago but has been a condo for the past several years. I think they only have one car per unit assigned (I have a 1/1) but they also have some guest parking, free street parking outside the gate and extra parking is available for rent since they have a large parking garage. They do a good job at daily maintanence and have a landscape company for the gardens regularly. It is a gated community so card access is needed for the parking and building. There is a call box for guest. It is a nice place to live, quiet and private.
