HELL ON EARTH

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2009
 
My car was towed from my own assigned space, even with sticker in window. Hector the manager refused to apologize. He's a rude SOB. Just recently they broke into all units for inspections and then did not relock doors when they left. Dog urine in hallways. Piles of trash in Laundry rooms.
