Though close to I-95 and downtown Miami high crime area with poor parking.

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
I found this apartment complex to be filled with crime, noisy, prostituion, and who knows what else. The management staff did not respond to conplaints but rather choose to ignore and real and potentially dangerous problems. For the services rendered the place is to high priced and not safe. Lots of crimes in general area.
