	I have lived at Silver Blue Lake for several years. I have seen many changes. Owners have fixed the property up a lot. The drug problems are getting better than they ever were. Management cares about what goes on.

	I found this apartment complex to be filled with crime, noisy, prostituion, and who knows what else. The management staff did not respond to conplaints but rather choose to ignore and real and potentially dangerous problems. For the services rendered ... more

	floods pretty bad,inside is nice and clean but the outside makes you wonder should you have even signed a lease.
