I have lived here for 2 years. I think the office and maintanence do a great job considering the circomstances with other residents. The apartments are large sized and the hallways are always clean. Great place to live!

I"ve lived on this property since Hurricane ANDREW struck Florida in 1992 in each one of the buildings. I've been content and somewhat satified with the over six Management changes in that time. However because of the ComBo OWN/Rent option on the same property, The Rental Managers I believe are Less apted to screen potential residence as not to Discriminate based on State Laws,but allow people to move in with no Respect and disgard and inconsideration of their neighbors Privacy and Security to just Total Disrespect and Drama/Issues which are distrurbing. Im a resident of Bdlg.3 for over a Decade and Tenants on my Floor Westside use to Bond and Lookout for Each other Property/Security which helps promotes Community Awareness and Involvement. To sum it up I loved and desired to live her for Years and Hope that We all as Residence will be more mindfully aware and Respectful of One Another's Right to Privacy.
