Your neighbors are dirty. Maintenance tries and clean up but they can't keep up. My car has been damaged because parking is a nightmare, manegment said deemed it my fault. Damages exceeded $1000. The apartment is very large and spacious, it's also pretty quiet but it doesn't compensate for the people you may get stuck in an elevator with and what you might see in the elevator. There is no real security, there are guards but none speak english. The apt staff most don't speak english either. No alarms, your cars are vulnerable. Moving is hard if your lease isn't up.
