I've read the other comments and let me say this....they do not do a very good job of cleaning the lobbies & corridors. They took 9 months to change the window in my neighbor's apartment after Katrina. The water bill is flakey....meaning the statement indicates "estimated usage", rarely actual usage. When actual usage is indicated it goes to the extremes. 10 gallons for me and 5100 gallons for my neighbor and we both have 1BR 1 1/2BA and live alone. Apartments are spacious though. Compared to others it's much larger. Word of advice...be prepared for high blood pressure when talking to management about a problem. By the way, my lease ends in Feb. In Dec they said my new lease would be $880, so I decided to stay but wait until Feb to sign (to get my last 2 months of $800), well in Feb they said sorry, it's $920.
