The current name for this Apartment complex is the "Ellington at County Line".The management team is very poorly trained and unresponsive. Customer service does not exist. Apartments are burgularized often, including mine. Security is non-existence, they are only at front gate. The front gate has not worked properly since it's inception. You cannot even use the gym or the sauna, because it closes when staff and management goes home. It is not even available on the weekends. There are many holes in the fence that surrounds the property. Other people from surrounding communities use the broken fence as a quick way to get to county line road. Many cars have been broken into. Cars have been towed and management does not have adequate signs up to say no-parking zones. This is my first experience in apartment renting and I hope my last. The elevators often do not work, and operates on an expired county certificate, since july 2007. The foyer area is often filthy on the weekend, I am embaressed to bring family or friends. The stairs smell like urine, and even people that do not live here are often found asleep in the stairwells and laundry room. Most of the laundry rooms are filthy and most washers and dryers do not work. I choose not to wash my clothes here. Windows are broken on some doors on some floors leading to the stair wells. The trash room on each floor is filthy and is never cleaned or sanitized.Thank God I am moving out.

Bld 1 & 2 are the Ellignton -Bldg 3 (the crappy one) is still Somervale
