I have lived here for about 8 months now, and at the time i was in a rush to find a cheap place to live. And i sure found that! Its not even cheap really, a 1/1 is going for $950 now! That is ridiculous considering just how terrible these apartments are. Everything is super old. When we were shown the apartment, i was shocked at the condition it was in. The walls were dirty,the kitchen covered in grease stains, and the bathroom....ha lets just say the people who lived there before us never cleaned that place! We asked for small things to fixed before we moved in. For example the windows in our bed room do not close. They never fixed it,we have to cover it ourselves. We painted the whole apartment as well, it looked so horrid when we first got there. Now its not too bad. But i agree the walls are paper thin, and the neihbors are your typical hialeah residents, loud, inconsiderate pricks who believe in blasting music at 9am, and watching movies on surround speakers full blast at about 1am. I hate it here. I cant wait to move into a REAL apartment!
