I like these apartments. The area is the best area. It is so quiet and relaxed and small. It feels like a totally different little town. Very Quaint. You dont even feel like you are in Miami and people actually speak english. There are wonderful schools here. Very centrally located but tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Love the area.

The apartment community is very nice and quiet too. My only complaint would be lack of space. They are pretty small. Well, I can speak only for the one bedroom. I mean it has a walk-in closet and lots of space for one person or a young couple but if you have a kid you run out of room really fast. Kitchen is small.

Water is included in price. The A/C unit is a wall unit but my electricity bill is very low and it cools very good. The pool is nice and well maintained. Everything is ready for Comcast cable. The balcony is very roomy.

All and all good apartment and still reasonably priced but prices have started getting high. The one bedroom is $805 and I believe the 2 bedrooms are like $950 almost $1,000.

The only problem is the parking. If you get home past 7PM for example you will end up parking on the grass on the street side.
