pretty good. - I like these apartments. The area is the best area. It is so quiet and relaxed and small. It feels like a totally different little town. Very Quaint. You dont even feel like you are in Miami and people actually speak english. There are wonderful schools here. Very centrally located but tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Love the area.

For those who are desperate! I have lived here for about 8 months now, and at the time i was in a rush to find a cheap place to live. And i sure found that! Its not even cheap really, a 1/1 is going for $950 now! That is ridiculous considering just how terrible these apartments are.

anonymous I wouldn't recommened this property to anyone, unless your poor. Because, the neighbors are constantly slamming their doors, making noise all hours of the night, or banging on the wall. I've never seen such low class people until I moved here. It was recommended
