I have only lived here about a month, but I am very happy so far. The day after I moved in, my refriderator was leaking all over the floor and I had to call maintenance (which also happened to be a Saturday) and he was over in about 12 minutes and had it fixed in about 30. Also while he was here, hefound another potential problem under the sink and fixed that too. The office staff are very nice and helpful. It's a little pricey, but in Miami, what's not. No complaints here so far!
