I am very happy here at The Stratford. It is by far the best apartment community in Kendall, not to mention the most convenient. Moving from a house I was a little weary of moving into a rental, but the staff has been great. Maintenace responds prompt with issues. This community also has community functions such as carnivals, pizza parties, and I have attended a crime watch meeting. I would recommend this community to anyone who would like a nice place to live. It may be a little costly, but it is better than living somewhere else. I am happy. Thank you to The Stratford.

i 100% dissagree. Although the stratford is a beautiful and convenient place to live, theft is an issue, ive complained about multiple things id like to have repaired in my apartment and never get a responce from maintenace, and the staff may be friendly at times but are also rude and never show any understanding or sympathy towards the issues i bring to them. it is very costly for what it is and i regret being fooled by the beautiful landscaping because the hardships i have faced since living here are not eased by the beauty of this hell hole.

I disagree. The apts are great, Yes ,their do need amaint, but the way you get serviced there, is couple of things wrong. I called and they fixed it... so I am reallyt in my apt. Theft is everwherew and I know for a fact the management does there best to improve the conditions. WE do have cops living in the complex that patrol the community. We need to be wise and not leave stuff in our cars!!
