pros: the location is very convenient , close to everything and right off the turnpike
cons: parking is awful, there is constantly some sort of maintenace going on ( wakes me up EVERYTIME, actually there some sort of maitenance going on as i speak , very loud), cars get broken into (GPS getting stolen) , anyone can come into the complex because the gate opens for anyone that wants to come in.
i am also not familair with other apts in this area, if this is considered one of the best ones in miami , i am def not living in miami anymore, i have live here for 5 months and i am ready to get out of here
