Summerwinds would be ok except for the drainage. When it rains, the parking lots flood terribly. You are literally almost up to your knees in water, and it's hard on your car's brakes to be sitting in water. Also, the rent increases every single time you have to renew your lease. You would think they would offer incentives to their longtime residents, but no way. A piece on one of my blinds broke, and the management actually told me I would have to pay for it. What is my rent paying for anyway' Apartment maintenance should be included, blinds and all. Also, you don't have the freedom to choose your own cable company. They have a contract with some cable company out of Georgia, and if you want it, that's your only option. It's expensive, and the channels and programming are limited for the money.
