Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2007
 
Prior to recent construction, due to new management, Summerwinds was a beautiful place outside but had much needed work to be done inside. Property owner is more concern about the outwardly appearance rather than the bad pipes, horrible washer and dryer units, out of order elevators, and completing work on a timely basis.
