not a nice place to live

the place it is nice, appartments are well designed, but services from the rental office are well below the standards. It takes them for ever to fix anything and then it not properly done! Parking is a real problem since there is unsuficient space for all tenants. Plus we had a burglars getting into our appartment since fences that surround the complex are broken.
